Prospect Lodge was founded in 1890 by Masons in Roslindale, Massachusetts.  In December of 1889, ten (10) men signed the original petition to the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts asking that a masonic lodge be chartered.  The lodge operated "Under Dispensation" for a year and in March 1891 a charter was granted.

 

In 1995, Prospect Lodge moved to it's present location in Westwood, Massachusetts.
